Help with White Phoenix Validation

I was wondering if someone can help me with my glow phoenix situation. I bought it for a friend because hes in another town and the sale was local to me. I didnt verify the glow and he says he cant seem to get it to glow (he doesnt have a UV flash light either).

Looking at the manufacturing date of the box, seems like its a legit glow box. so no issue there.

Does anyone got footstamps of both the phoenix? or even comparison pics of the paint? anything to validate.

thats what i told my friend . I got a$1 uv flash light, and it works wonders!

Yep, easily solved with a cheap UV flashlight!

looking at pics OOB, it would seem like its the regular. seems too white. Also seems like its been OOB due to scracthes

For the glow, the white suit looks a little bit translucent...if it's a solid white, it may be the non glow. But I have to admit the glow is not that noticable for white.

Do this, use your phone flashlight and hold it for 10 seconds you can see if it glows or not.

I used to have one and it would glow very bright even in the light you could see it glow

So heres an update

- The glow phoenix seems too white...indicating it could be a common
- However, its foot stamp is the same as another glow phoenix
- Looked at another friends regular phoenix, and it has no foot stamp

I'll check my non glow. Still I don't think stamps matter. It either glows or someone stuck a glow sticker on.
