Ordered mine for my nephew and now that I’ve gotten it in hand, I’m in love. I’ll never be able to get the original red skull so I think this will suffice for now. The mold is truly phenomenal and I rarely say that about any mass produced toy.

Got mine today and it was shipped nicely. The new outside box is a bit smaller but even with UPS banging it up a bit it was minty fresh inside!

Well, my husband's came in today, but my order was canceled. Is it supposed to be one per household? I thought the website said one per customer, so I ordered one so that we could have one to open and one to keep in the box (yes, I am still on that, at least for exclusives). This is the second time that they have canceled my order. I looked on eBay, and I don't want to pay those prices. I am super happy to have one, but if it is one per household, I do wish it would say that on the website. I will abide by the rules if I know them.
I feel weird complaining about this, since some did not get one. I do apologize for sounding greedy.

He is glorious (and in mint condition), BTW!

It really depends. If the pop is super sought-after, they will definitely stick to the one per household, but if it's one they have plenty of, they tend to be a bit more loose on the restrictions then.

I hate that Funko canceled some double orders but not all. A guy admitted he ordered 2 just to sell and his order didn’t get cancelled , but people who ordered for other people to different addresses got theirs canceled smh. The guy bragged too. Sorry you didn’t get one

Then they should list it as one per household. Hasbro Toyshop has that verbiage, and I abide by it. I have seen other couples on IG with two of them, so not all get canceled (although I don't know the circumstances-maybe they have separate mailing addresses).

See-that's what gets me. Why am I being targeted, and I am definitely not going to resell (of course-they don't know that). This is the second time it's happened to me. The last email said that I canceled it, which I did not. Unless my husband's order canceled mine automatically.

I am also sorry that you didn't get one. I feel bad for complaining, but I just want consistency and a clear policy (the emails don't have much verbiage-so they won't even tell me the real reason its canceled-that would help, too).

I ordered one for me and one for my friend (different addresses, names, credit cards) only linked via Amazon Pay because it saves your details and is quicker than re-entering info. The second one got canceled; and when I contacted CS about that I was told "same email" is a disqualifier which is silly because right before that they said "one per household" and when I stated it's not one per household it's just the same payment portal they threw me a "well if you read there's catch all phrase that we can do what we want". I really wish they had live people we could speak to. Because the only pop of mine that came in came in damaged. So one got cancelled; the other damaged and it didn't even include the Funko Store sticker. ](*,)

If you guys both put the same address then it was definitely going to get cancelled. I would suggest changing words and abbreviations like St to Street and so forth but then again I saw people get theirs cancelled and they only ordered one.

got mine in. came double boxed and there was a small ding to the corner it was not enough for me to get all bent over shape over. Definately an upgrade from the past few times they shipped with single boxed.

Maybe during san diego, only way it drops is if there is something with more hype to take the attention away.

I would think during that time the price would go up because people are throwing money at ebay.

i havent done it before (usually i am just glad i got through and got one or didn't need it so i am zero to one of each). but i think you can be much better off or succesful if you use a different credit card and have it shipped to a different address in the future like work. those two things might be what they are looking for ?

just a guess.

if you are in box and oob then good luck. if you are a flipper then i hope you get trashed boxes and minorly flawed pops forever .

Seeing a ton of posts about packaging, not enough about the pop. I LOVE THIS FIGURE. doesn't help that i have a red skull bias, but this one is truly great. I would love to see the concept art this was based on, since he is so hard to really see in the movie and i wonder what was used as a reference. The cape and hood details are so freaking cool, the face sculpt is sooooo goood.

I love the boxes I received. The cardboard is the right shade of brown and the material itself is sturdy, but not too rigid. The packaging material was the right amount and provided a sense of care and security at the same time. The tape used did its job and then some. My only critique is the figure that was included. What a waste of space.

LOL-I am not a flipper, for sure. I am also Angology on Friends of CC, if that proves anything (probably not).

We do use a different credit card, different email. I ordered while at work, he works from home. Shipping to work is not an option for me. I just will be happy with one from now on. My main point is that they should say "one per household" clearly if that is the criteria. Then I wouldn't have even tried. Hasbro limits per household, and one time DH ordered, and I didn't know he was. I frantically sent them an email so that they wouldn't cancel both orders. Now, he just needs to let me know if he is trying for something on HTS. We will use the same policy here.
