Mine came in fine. I love the new detail on the box. Do not open before...blah blah. I like that extra touch of detail!

Really stoked that Funko listened to us on the shipping!

Glad to hear you got yours minty fresh, always a relief.

Right! Especially after the Jack Jack incident.

We had ordered 2 but 1 was messed up

We do use a different credit card, different email. I ordered while at work, he works from home. Shipping to work is not an option for me. I just will be happy with one from now on. My main point is that they should say "one per household" clearly if that is the criteria. Then I wouldn't have even tried. Hasbro limits per household, and one time DH ordered, and I didn't know he was. I frantically sent them an email so that they wouldn't cancel both orders. Now, he just needs to let me know if he is trying for something on HTS. We will use the same policy here.

you know i know you are good.

the only variable left is shipping address. ship it to your neighbor ?

Was this super-limited? The eBay prices are quite high.

True, however, I'm infinitely closer in line than '3rd cousin'. Also, the person in question wasn't informed that they would be made into a pop, let alone have air-dropped swag.

I don't think it was a limited number, just very desirable and sold out quickly. Seems like all the Funko releases are going that way (sell out in minutes, up on ebay for $50+ the next minute). Back in my day, you could sometimes wait for non-numbered Pops to be still available the next week's release and save on shipping lol

This is the second time that they have canceled my order. I looked on eBay, and I don't want to pay those prices. I am super happy to have one, but if it is one per household, I do wish it would say that on the website. I will abide by the rules if I know them.
I feel weird complaining about this, since some did not get one. I do apologize for sounding greedy.

He is glorious (and in mint condition), BTW!

It really depends. If the pop is super sought-after, they will definitely stick to the one per household, but if it's one they have plenty of, they tend to be a bit more loose on the restrictions then.
Then they should list it as one per household. Hasbro Toyshop has that verbiage, and I abide by it. I have seen other couples on IG with two of them, so not all get canceled (although I don't know the circumstances-maybe they have separate mailing addresses).

I hate that Funko canceled some double orders but not all. A guy admitted he ordered 2 just to sell and his order didn’t get cancelled , but people who ordered for other people to different addresses got theirs canceled smh. The guy bragged too. Sorry you didn’t get one

See-that's what gets me. Why am I being targeted, and I am definitely not going to resell (of course-they don't know that). This is the second time it's happened to me. The last email said that I canceled it, which I did not. Unless my husband's order canceled mine automatically.

I am also sorry that you didn't get one. I feel bad for complaining, but I just want consistency and a clear policy (the emails don't have much verbiage-so they won't even tell me the real reason its canceled-that would help, too).

Yeah, they leave it a little ambiguous on purpose I think, because different release sizes, but generally they mean one per household. But they are pretty arbitrary about it. I've seen people get cancelled that just ordered the one and I know for a fact they didn't pull any shenanigans. I feel lucky any time my order goes through and ships with the craziness nowadays, haha.

They confirmed that this is the case. So, I have my marching orders! lol

I did suggest that they add to the disclaimer (which they told me had warned me), but it says they can enforce limits for an "individual customer". If they just had customer/household or customer and/or household in the disclaimer, it would clear things up and cover both scenarios. I am just happy that they don't cancel both orders like some companies. I am not angry at them or anything. I was just confused. They responded quickly and nicely. I am actually glad that they are enforcing it, although it would suck in a roommate situation (I can see it now-a Funatic interviewing prospective roommates-"Do you collect Funko?").

I ordered Freddy this morning, and told DH not to order one. :)

It is one per household/person/credit card/name/address&whatever else they come up with. This topic really makes me mad! I have 4 people collecting in the same house and since this change it is absolutely 1 no matter what. Rare and even pops that went on the shop and stayed for hours and even days still no.So basically if the other 3 in the house want it to bad. Thanks Funko! Usually out of all of us we may want 1 or 2 but usually never 3 or 4 but can't say that forever. It is real sad that 4+ years collecting and to be told NO you can't all own our products!

It really depends. If the pop is super sought-after, they will definitely stick to the one per household, but if it's one they have plenty of, they tend to be a bit more loose on the restrictions then.
Then they should list it as one per household. Hasbro Toyshop has that verbiage, and I abide by it. I have seen other couples on IG with two of them, so not all get canceled (although I don't know the circumstances-maybe they have separate mailing addresses).

thejanellybean wrote:I hate that Funko canceled some double orders but not all.

Yeah I got the same email saying I cancelled it and I didn’t. I emailed them and they were like 1per person and I showed them screenshots of the guys 2orders and his order numbers and his comments about wanting to sell them and they were kind of like well we can’t catch everyone.

Yup that really sucks when they can't catch the people who help create this policy.

I think people on instagram lie. I think they are sending it to two different addresses. I think some people get them canceled too if you use the same credit card. I don't know I have never tried to order too. When toucan sam went up the page kept freezing and I kept hitting buy and sometimes the page would just go blank. I ended up getting 6 confirmation emails and two of them had different order numbers. I freaked out and email them immediately so they could cancel one. Wasn't risking not getting one at all. I am sorry yours got canceled but its people like that person on instagram that prevent us from having nice things.

It does seem to catch more of the good people in the wake, unfortunately.

I received mine today. I was so excited. The box condition is really nice, but it has a little black paint on the inside of the window. Any ideas how to get it off.

Get some isopropyl alcohol from your local pharmacy. Use a little on a q-tip and gently rub it off. Either that or a magic eraser might work.

I believe it lasted a little bit longer than that, as I got my email at 7:35am right after buying the Pop at that exact time due to the website not loading right away; but yeah, overall it did sell out quickly.

I’ve used some gentle make up remover wipes on a pop recently to get off some smudges and it worked great so I imagine it would work for the box.

I would use something gentle like make up remover, alcohol seems harsh for a box.
