Christopher Robin Movie Pops

Postby squirkpoo » Sat Jul 07, 2018 12:55 am

Just saw the pics of the new Christopher Robin movie pops, and OMG, I really hope they make a flocked version of the new Pooh because it will be way cuter than the past two flocked ones, in my opinion. The stuffed animal texture details are amazing!

Eeyore was also adorable. The only one that looked a little weird to me was Tigger, but I can't wait to see them in person!

These Pops do look really good and true to the look of them in the film, so major props for that Funko. Not a line I plan to collect though.

I was really hoping they'd make Pops for this. I love the realistic style of the gang, and I agree- Flocked version seem almost like an inevitability at this point. Hope they make more than just what they showed off. You can count me in for all of them!

I am definitely going to cry, too. Pooh was my childhood toy/room theme.

I watched the Margot Robbie movie Goodbye Christopher Robin on a flight to Seattle like a month ago, and I was sobbing/bawling my eyes out on the plane!

Can't wait for this Disney one!

I love how this movie uses pooh and friends as old and beat up since Christopher Robin is older. The pops seem to capture this old look, and flocked is essential.

I agree! ...I think the pic of Tigger might have looked strange to me because it isn't flocked but definitely has that worn-out fur look haha. I can imagine it looking better if he's soft lol

Totally agree!! Tigger does look a bit off to me too (my bf calls it sad version Lol) but I love tigger! The style is different for sure but I think after I watch the movie I’ll have a newfound appreciation for it :)

Is tigger supposed to be on the verge of death in this movie? I get that they are supposed have aged but man, the years haven’t been good to my boy.

Can we get a regular Tigger to go with the previous Pooh line before these hit?
I skipped the flocked exclusive because the flocking was patchy and made the pop look dirty.
Just need a regular one and then I can jump on buying these lol

I think the look of these is amazing. The textured appeal of these is so unique. Flocked ones are inevitable. Might have to bend the rules, once again, and buy Pops that don't fit into my collection.

I think everything looks aged and older in this set, which makes it even more nostalgic given that I've watched Pooh and friends ever since I was little.
