Courage the Cowardly Dog POP!

Postby PopPChulo » Thu May 16, 2019 1:14 am

Ive honestly probably spent entirely to many hours of my life enjoying Courage The Cowardly Dog and I have always appreciated the character design. I think they would translate well into POP! Format with all of the eclectic villains as well as Courage and his many faces/forms/poses/antics. Would anyone else be interested in seeing some Courage POP!?!

Sound off Funatics!

Yes! I loved watching this cartoon along with Dexter’s Laboratory on Cartoon Network :) although, at that age, I did get scared by that darn alien chicken when I watched the episode at like 2AM...so I’d pass on him but having Courage would be awesome :D

The show always scared me as a kid. But as an adult I overgrew my fear of the show and grew to love it. I would be mostly interested in a King Ramses pop.

Such a disturbing show as a kid. But could never turn away. Might be why I love fun scary themes as an adult. Family friendly kind :)

Id love to see baby Muriel
Courage in his iconic screaming pose (with the hole in his tooth)
I guess most of his creepy antagonists

Loved the show too! When you look back a lot of Cartoon Network cartoons around that era had some sort of creepy vibe/comedy. Would love to see his antagonists too. Jeeves Weevil just cuz he daper, Katz, Muriel possessed by the demon mattress lol , Eustice in his oogabooga mask, etc...

Eustice in his Oogabooga mask would almost certainly be a chase.

When I was a kid.. anytime i got sick and stayed home from school - id literally watch courage back to back marathon style. I found thrills in the whole creepy aspect because courage was relatable lol.

My oldest son watched this as young boy and I remember he started walking around saying "stupid dog" nonstop lol I naturally had to monitor the tv a little closer moving forward. I wouldn't mind a pop if nothing else just to remember those little moments since he's a teenager now.

Oh...remember how I used to have Crunchyroll and Shudder as two separate streaming services? Well, my Kuya found an ad for VRV that has both Crunchyroll and Shudder under the same streaming services with MORE channels. Guess what one of those channels are? Boomerang :)

Boomerang has Courage The Cowardly Dog :P

Yessss King Ramses was maximum creep mode. Scariest character in the show to me. I think they showed him on the intro as well before each episode with his creep self.

This brings back memories! I use to do the same. Cartoons all day when I was sick, and when I was “sick” lol
That’s a good point, I think as kids we were scared of more things so we felt connected to courage in a way.

If ever created these pops would be great as far as detail, design
and being very overtop with an exaggerated finish. I like this idea, the cartoon was great and I hope it happens. lol

I’d love to see the Oogabooga mask. What I love most are how colorful each antagonist is.

So like the scooby doo villains they’d be great it Pop form.
I wouldn’t mind a screaming 10inch courage either. Life size haha
