Greek Mythology pops

Postby GabeQ17 » Sun Jul 21, 2019 8:58 pm

I wonder if their would be a market if Funko made a line of Greek mythology pops all in 6” figures. Zeus, Hades, Apollo, Posiedon, etc. feel like that may be a pretty successful line for sure

I'm sure if there's enough people asking for it, it would be made. Patience goes a long way with Funko.

They could do a lot with this line. I'd be on board for it.

There'd even be room for stone variants!
Or did you think I'd be too stupid to know what a eugoogoly was?

Love this idea. Give me a Minotaur or Cycolops. Can you imagine a Metallic Medusa?

I could definitely see this line doing great. Would love to see a Cyclops, Zeus, Posiedon, Hades, Minotaur and a metallic Medusa would be insane.

So many opportunities for chase and variants with this line. I agree a metallic Medusa would be amazing. A 10” line would work for the gods that have things they hold. Like Zeus lightning
Bolt, or posiedon trident. The stone chases would be an amazing concept as well!

Gitd Zeus with a lightning bold would be cool to see. A medusa moment of someone turning into stone would also be a killer piece

Why a metallic medusa? I understand a medusa pop would be awesome with here hair. But the metallic I don't quite get.

I think it would look cool to have that shiny finish on the snakes and scales. Just gives it an extra little pop.

I'm a Medusa kind of girl! To make them 6" would be kind of big to produce for each of these though, but I think with the amount of detail they've been adding even to regular pops nowadays it is definitely doable.
