The crazy thing is that he did it effortlessly. Just a freak of nature. He also looks like a humble guy.

Just saw the Bo Jackson 30 for 30 documentary. He was an insane athlete. Too bad he played before my time.

Oh he was. I’m was able to see him play baseball and football but I didn’t appreciate him like I do now. Wish I had photos or video

That would have been so cool. Can’t beat home video.

Since they have done the soccer (football) pops, some sports moments including the goalkeeper would be good.

Yeah. But at least I can say I was there. Just wished I knew what I was looking at back then. Same with Griffey jr. I loved him. It didn’t realize I was looking at greatness like we see him today

This is true!!! I know we have great players today and I’m sure we’ll look back one day and say the same thing as we are today about the players of the past but I’m not completely convinced. I miss players like Bo or Joe Montana, Jerry Rice. Loved seeing Nolan Ryan or Kirk Gibson.

Those type of guys are a dying breed. All they worried about is playing the game. Unlike today’s stars in sports they get some money and they feel like they can do what they want.(Getting into trouble) Not saying it didn’t happen back then but it’s way more frequent with today’s players. We just need those type of guys again.

Yeah definitely. I just wonder if he’s gonna be like Gwynn and stay with one team or if he will eventually seek a team that is looking to win the WS. He has the money so let’s see what he does.

I think he will do what most great players do. Wanting to win with a bang before retiring.

Only football. Raider fan here. Not really following them this year because I hate Gruden. My team has never done well under his guidance. This is his 3rd time back and every time we get worse. So as of now I’ve just been watching the jiu jitsu scene. Big martial arts fan. I also train and teach in the art of Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Oh sweet. Love the Raiders !!!! Born and raised in LA so I only knew then as LA but even as Oakland and soon to be Vegas I still love them. I can see the Gruden issue and hope they turn things around. Especially with a new stadium coming their way. I guess you need a Gracie Pop to go with your Jiu Jitsu craft. That’s awesome that you do that.

Nice. That would be a cool pop on the Gracie family. I’ve always been a Raider fan and had followed them though out the years. I’ve been to a few games in Oakland. Crazy times but it’s been some years since I’ve gone. I’ve just always noticed with Gruden the Raiders start having problems with each other. I know all teams go through this differences from time to time but the history Gruden is the same outcome. Our record gets worse and you can start to see the fake positive during interviews. All in all I just don’t like Gruden. I think he’s toxic to the team.

I definitely agree!! I’m really hoping that with a new location and stadium that for one they stay out of trouble but hope that they get a spark to really win and go for that super bowl. We have had too long of a dry spell here.

Yes we have. Hopefully like u said with the change in scenery and new stadium thing can change. Been waiting for a long time to see them win a Super Bowl. I do remember them winning in the 80’s but that’s it. I will definitely taking my family to a game in Vegas. I’ll throw some popcorn at Gruden. Lol

Not much of a gambler but that would be cool to meet up during a game and try to get Carr to sign a pop. Funny I live in Carr’s home town and have missed him by moments at places.

Cool. When the stadium is built and we are able to see them play that will be the goal. Let’s see if we can pull it off. :bounce:

I think I've shared this in a hockey Pop! chat but I would love a Chris Osgood and Patrick Roy goalie fight sports moment. It could be too niche but could be cool

Or, another amazing one would be Joe Carter rounding second after his World Series clinching walk off homerun.

Someone brought up 49ers dorbz, so I responded with the idea of making a dorbz for Dwight Clark who passed away yesterday at age of 61 from ALS. Could also be blooper moments.

Awesome sports movements:
1. The catch (Joe Montana to Dwight Clark)
2. David Tyree's helmet catch
2. Jordan's iconic dunk when he jumped from free throw line
3. Allen Iverson stepping over Ty Lue

These are some dope moments.

Here are some that come to mind.

- Vince Carter dunk in the 2000 Olympics or any Vinsanity dunk lol
- John Starks dunk over the Chicago bulls
- Zidane headhunting Materazzi lol
- Maradona the hand of God
- Ronaldhino no look pass
- Pele's Byclicle kick

Wonder if Funko would do some type of giveaway like they do at baseball games. Since it’s a new stadium and all. I don’t believe that have done it at a football game yet.

That would be cool. It would def get the funko name out there some more. People will be flocking to that new stadium that’s for sure.
