That is correct! I don’t think I ever saw Raw but that red jacket must have been on the cover of a vhs at Blockbuster video lol

I would totally get a Jim Carrey Pop. Maybe there could even be different variants of him from different movies.(ie. Ace Ventura, The mask, Dumb and dumber,etc.) not him as Doctor Eggman though.
