I was kind of disappointed last year when the rumor of Flocked Fruit Brute and Gitd Yummy Mummy did not come into fruition....

I hope they don't. I like the fact that there are some Pops that are special and rare. The original FB and YM are limited to 2500. If they make a flocked or GITD variant, it kind of trivializes the originals. I was honestly kind of upset when they made variants of Chocula, Franken Berry and Boo Berry. Some things should stay rare or what's the point.

I don’t think making a new mold that’s flocked and glow, diminish the originals. Also, Funko has always done variants so this would be nothing new.

I hope not, then they are really spitting in face of collectors. Whats rare, should stay rare. Just make something else and don't try to make everyone have the same collection. Sucks that they are unvaulting now, defeats the purpose of being a collectible.

They arent even doing new molds anymore. Just rereleased Tony, and Big boy, same molds. This is a bad thing, curiously people dont seem to understand.

I get and agree with both side of this. I don't think that a new version should look anything like the original or even closely look the same. A rare piece should be something that is cool and unique. Something that sets it apart from everything else. A common or remake should be something that is completely different than the original. In the end a remake should complement the original and only wish to bring more desire to have the original. Which in return should drive up the price not bring it down. You can not have everything in life! Somethings are better off left alone. Because in the end everyone will end up on the wrong side.

That was my first thought...as soon as I saw it and he matched with the colors of my ornaments...it was a clear choice for me to put him up there.
