To be honest with you - the type of relationship that funko has as far as anime licenses. I can't imagine that it would be even a centimeter difficult for them to do a Anime Freddy if they wanted to. It may be just a matter of time before we get to see some Anime Freddy come to fruition.

They usually do a amazing job with the theme. One thing that I hope they don’t do is have the next fundays event centralized on the spastic Plastik line like the last one was. I admit it was impressive and they look cool but I’d love to see Freddy as more popular characters - if it was anime themed - this would be a huge opportunity to really hone in on that because there are so many anime characters you can do Freddy as. I know anime isn’t everyone’s cup of tea so that may be why they have been straying away. They definitely could serve some pop rocks Freddy too

I remember being outside last year and starting to see the posts on IG and being shocked to peices by what they have available - I feel like 2020 will be no different but I feel like with the Tidal wave of MHA and DBZ that has been release through 2019 and is schedule through 2020 - I’d love to see a 1/525 Saiyan Freddy,1/24 Super Saiyan Freddy as well as a 1/525 Freddy All Might and 1/24 Freddy GITD All Might. I say this because there molds specifically were some of the most popular molds used easily in 2018-2019. I know anime fans would die if they seen these pop up in their feed while standing in line for fundays

I think they have been more focused on making Freddie’s from ad icons and marvel this year which I don’t blame them because marvel and ad icons were really some of the biggest things to release with the end of the infinity war saga but I personally feel as if although ad icons still reigned supreme this year - anime had a huge impact and Harry Potter is long overdue for a Freddy potter hahaha I can’t wait until fundays next year and just funko In general - I think we have a Fun year ahead and I also think Brian has so much planned for us behind the scenes especially with the movie coming

I completely agree with this. There is no way in heck we shouldn’t get a mandalorian Freddy given the explosive popularity of the show this year and I am also on board to see a Lucky Freddy and a GITD lucky Freddy surface - that would be really hype and would look REALLY good tbh
