I love the Simpsons line. I saw the leak about new Treehouse of Horrors which sound great. But I honestly would rather have more pops of original characters made first.

I think with the Simpsons in particular, both the Treehouse and original characters will sell very well. I'm gonna get whatever releases for sure, but I definitely agree that I prefer some more original characters over the Treehouse ones.

Maybe they could just announce a new wave the day the episode airs. Then again I doubt the company would give Funko images from the episode that far in advance.

After seeing someone else's comment, I see what you mean now. A shop exclusive. I was thinking a store exclusive or something. Those are hard to get and often come damage.

I think an exclusive version like glow in the dark or translucent is fine of the day on Halloween. But releasing a series on Halloween, would be a nightmare because of how Halloween can landed on a workday.

thats a stretch, but i think theyll atleast have close enough variants to the original. at least the new ones will be much better detailed!
