I'm excited about this. I've been collecting a lot of sports cards lately. I'm hoping for a Justin Herbert Pop! and a trading card.

From my understanding, yes.
It should be similar to the Pop album covers in scale.
Oh! Totally missed this. I thought these would be trading cards
For sure...very interesting but gotta wait to see the final product!

I wonder if it will be anything like the pops that came with cards. Like the ones we’ve had before with Birds Of Pray and Endgame.

Re: Funko Pop! Trading Cards (Funko x Panini)
I wonder if due to normal rights or license restrictions to the teams, players, mascots, etc. If the trading card option turns out to be a mystery NFT packs. Say similar to NBA Topshot, where you purchase a pack and it could be filled with commons and the lower serial numbers are of value. Just my two cents although I could be completely wrong.

Would be cool if they did chases to already made pops. Like Fundays Freddy’s number to their le. Like my avatar is grey Deadpool Freddy le24 so the card would be stamped to /24.

It's common with cards, so I couldn't see why they wouldn't do that for these new ones also.

As for the Panini x Funko thing I think the figure will mimic the on card photos of the panini rookie of the players & it's a cool idea to cross pollinate the two fan bases
