Has nothing to do with the actual cards, just the price of WAXP. I put $20 in bittrex waxp thursday or so. It hasn't even gone through yet, now my waxp is worth $46 and i still cant use it. I just sold the waxp for $46 on bittrex. Now i will have to wait for the price of waxp to go back down so i can buy more to be able to be able to purchase the cards. It's a real pain having to do it this way
Or you can buy WAX and hold and your wax is worth more than your purchase price? You are literally complaining about doublling your purchase power.
Also, with all due respect, the value of wax has little to do with what we price cards for on Atomic. We sell at market prices for the cards... Not the value of WAX coins.
Just helping everyone understand how this all works.
except you dont understand how it all works. WAX directly correlates to price. If the seller does nothing to change their listing, their price will fluctuate on its own based on the price of WAX. While I have effectively doubled my USD, i did not actually double my ability to buy the cards because they all went up too. Not to mention if you buy wax now, with $20 and then the price of wax goes back down to what it was 2 weeks ago, you are literally overpaying for anything you buy with it
.
The price you set is based on the price of WAX at the time of listing because you have to buy wax. A listing is up for 50 wax. The price you get is what it costs to buy 50 wax. If wax is way up like it is today, you gotta spend more $ to get enough wax. WAX value is the price.
If you sold a bunch of cards and have wax in your account, then your wax went up a lot and its all great. If you trying to actually buy wax to buy cards, then not so much
