Morbius Movie Pops

With the new Morbius movie out, it would be super awesome to see some movie pops. Who else thinks it would be cool? \:D/

Everything about this movie was subpar. It would take something really cool to get me interested in buying.

I feel like Funko will make pops of this movie regardless of it being lackluster. It did make a good chunk of change this past opening weekend if that makes a difference to them

Haven't seen the movie yet. Still undecided if I should wait. Does Morbius in the movie wear his black and red suit as depicted in the OG Morbius pop?

I have to admit that it's pretty rare for me not to go out and see a Marvel movie on its opening day. Seriously dragging my feet on this one. Don't know if I'll see this at all.

The movie absolutely tanked, didn’t do well at the box at all. My husband went with a friend, but neither thought it was good. Not sure how well a pop line would do, but hey there’s always fans of something… lol

I would imagine they plan the pops way in advance of the release, so unless a movie looks like a huge stinker from the jump, they are going to have pops. Sometimes they just get stuck with a crappy movie.

You are not wrong. I wonder if too much bad press on these will help push Sony to give the rights back to Disney. Maybe that was the master plan all along.

You have to wonder if they knew it was a flop and that is why no pops were planned.

Unfortunately as long as Sony is making a profit on these movies, I don't know how much they actually care about their movies being great as fans will pay for them anyways =\

If they aren’t already in the line to be made I’m not sure they will make them with how the movies doing. I enjoyed the Eternals a lot but so many didn’t and now I see the pops everywhere not really flying off the shelves. I feel it might be the same for Morbius if they made new ones. I guess we shall see since stuff is behind still.

I thought they made anything Marvel regardless, but delays seem to have affected this. Seems like they try to time the releases together so it's not a good sign we haven't seen anything yet.

They make them for everything, I don't think the movie being good is a factor, As they are approved months before the movie even comes out

I know...it was weird. It's like if they had made Blade PG-13 back in the day. If you are having a vampire movie...there needs to be blood...or sparkles...

True, I feel like marvel hasn't missed making pops of any MCU property in the past decade.

I hate to say it, but this movie needed an R rating for these reasons.

I can only imagine there was a delay of some kind, because usually pops are announced before the movie premieres. Whether it's a bomb or not. Smart move would be to wait and release any movie related pop now as an exclusive. But who knows lol

But at the same time, this particular movie was supposed to release last year. In fact I think that movie was mostly completed before covid, but Sony decided to change it more than once in that time frame. So, maybe Funko didn't believe in this movie neither because of that. lol
