Refund Policy
I’ll be honest here the Droppp/NFT refund policy is not fair to say the least. I have heard some really bad stories in regard.
I finally was able to add badges and I am no longer a -->

Re: Refund Policy
Did you purchase NFTs because I'm pretty sure there's no refund on those. Did you pull a card that you could sell off at least?

I am not talking about me in general. I’ve just seen lots of negative talk in regard to some folks losing their redeemables in transit or getting really damaged and Droppp does nothing. I am more curious to see if anyone has had similar experience?

People who do not receive their redeemables (either because of damage, UPS messing up, etc.) are receiving a $30 refund and that's it. Most people spend a lot more than $30 so it's really not a good policy.
I am surprised that Funko/Droppp has had so many issues with these and hope they get a better system in play.

Ohhh, this is alarming. Haven't heard of people having issues, but I can see with these being super limited as they are it would be difficult to get a proper replacement.

Agreed. I hope they are able to help people since this is clearly out of their control. I would hate to pull a grail only for the pop to be lost or damaged in transit.

Yes exactly! I have been seeing this a lot more as of late $30 bucks in comparison to what they actually pay is a bit crazy in my opinion.
How would anyone here feel if they purchased a royalty set at $300 and something happens. Then to be told sorry for the inconvenience here’s $30 have a good day.

I agree that it would be really difficult to replace a physical item but the minuscule effort they put back into helping is wrong. I mean at least they could ship better like using Pop! Protectors

I think some of them were damaged from their production facility in Asia. That's why a lot of them were damaged when they arrived in the states. I suspect they offloaded the truck and when they opened the boxes saw them mostly damaged.

A lot of this can be avoided if they would just put a little bit more effort in to the handling part but sadly I do not work for Funko/Droppp to give my opinion right.

Every time there is a problem this is what I get from Droppp. It's literally the same old song and dance nothing different. I hope this doesn't cause me any loss because I've paid good money for everything I expect to be on the way.

Re: Refund Policy
The policy isn't great but do you really expect Droppp to pay market value on a lost NFT redeemable? I'd be livid too if my shipment got lost but, like any other collectible that's purchased, the retailer is never going to refund/payout market value. I'm surprised they're even paying $30. Fully expected them to pay $15 at most.

I feel they would have less issues with product getting to the customer if they simply did not use the cheap shipping. The one where UPS delivers it to USPS and then they deliver it to the customer; too many opportunities to damage or lose product with all the hand-offs.

True. But in the case of NFTs, Droppp is claiming there isn't any available.

I had no idea about this. Definitely seems like there could be a way to improve this. I can’t imagine spending a lot, working hard to get that grail and then it gets lost in the mail or damaged in shipping and the only solution is $30?

Your situation is unfortunate if you've have a lot damaged. This is why Funko/Droppp should take better care of shipping the physicals out.

The problem is that this whole market is based on collectables and if too many people get burned badly by offering a small refund after spending potentially hundreds on the series, the hype will die. Funko and Droppp are making a lot on this I imagine so it's in their best interest to make sure people come back for each drop.

What would there be to refund? Need some context.
Ok so you buy the NFT packs and inside some select packs you have the opportunity to nab a Grail, or a Legendary. Those turn into physical items after redeeming them but prior to redeeming them they sell for 100’s of dollars in the marketplace and you have almost no recourse to get what you paid for if they are lost or damaged once shipped. This is a short version explanation yes it can be better but too much to explain in regards to NFT drops sorry.

Re: Refund Policy
I have 3 damaged items - 2 boxes and 1 plastic insert (where it's rattling around in the box). When I've contacted them, they have offered to help me each time. But either the production or shipping process definitely needs work.
But lost in transit?? That would be awful.

I am not talking about me in general. I’ve just seen lots of negative talk in regard to some folks losing their redeemables in transit or getting really damaged and Droppp does nothing. I am more curious to see if anyone has had similar experience?
