Underrated Pops?

The Bob’s Burgers line is underrated, in my opinion. It’s a great show and there’s so many other characters they can release figures for.

I agree. I liked the movie wave they did, but I really want Gail with a few of her cats, Jimmy Jr, Zeke, Tammy, Regular Sized Rudy, and so many more I could think of.

I think that the whole D&D Pop series is severely under-loved. It has SO many great-looking Pops! Especially the monsters.

So many more! Gail with Mr. Business seems totally doable considering there’s a Pop! & Buddy line.

Yeah. I just feel like they missed on those sodas, but i guess the size does limit the "stance" that can be created.

One of my favorite pops that gets little to no love is the Venom - Mayhem April Parker glow in the dark from PIAB. It had a beautiful glow on the pop a nice mold and the box itself was awesome and glowed and had some texture to it. It was an overall great pop including box.

I'm surprised at this. But then again my group has a deep love for venom

It got a lot of love from people at release, but it quickly died down. Maybe they just overmade it like they did most things or people were just oversaturrated with venom pops.

I agree, but I think with that mentality they might as well stick to just the 4inch funkos. And heck, financially, it looks like a lot of people agree. Haha

I wanna see a part 2 for that movie so bad!!!

There filming now for it but probbaly not gonna be untill 2026! Maybe that's when they will pick up pop ideas again!

Not sure if this has been mentioned already, but Cosmic Ghost Rider is such a great and unique pop. Cool design with true translucent flaming head and then Baby Thanos strapped to the front of him? Exclusive to LACC from years ago. I’m surprised it’s basically going for retail now.

that is what made them popular in the first place, what killed them is when they decided to dump their big licenses in with infinity edition sizes. Soda was popular when a niche character got a 1,500-piece release it died when every single MCU movie got 50,000-piece releases.

I've always thought the Witcher Eredin Pop was incredibly cool-looking, and sort of flew under the radar.

for me an under rated line is the Marvel Infinity Warps but it mostly because i wanted the ghost hammer and the supreme hammer

Idk if I’d call them “underrated” but the Masters of the Universe set is really cool. Lots of great character designs and some of the best pops imo. It’s my favorite line to collect

I was just thinking about this on another post. The set of travel Pops with the Pins are such an underrated set! The designs of the Pops and Pins are very different, and the set is nicely designed.

What other Pops do you consider underrated?

Maybe some of the classic Pops like Strawberry Shortcake and Orange Blossom. The smell great

As the molds have grown over the years, there is so much potential for where this can go. I'm a huge fan of buying various Star Wars Pops out of the box as the detail is there.

Yeah the completion crowd is always battling against the next release. I remember thinking of doing the full Avatar set and it just adds up so much with the sticker variants and accessories, then the NFT drop too.

Exactly, at the initial drop it was popular, but after that it went under the radar. It would nice to see the concept appear in a What If series!
