Funmaker Mike Coin
I don’t know where to house this so I’m placing it here. Please let me know if there is a preferred location.
At Fundays this year, I received a Funmaker Mike coin from Mike himself. I don’t think I’ve ever received a more meaningful item during my nearly decade of attending comic-cons across the country.
To be a part of Mike’s farewell show was an emotional experience for all of us, and to receive a momento from the man himself, from a moment of appreciation, will stay with me forever.
Thanks to Mike and the Funko community for making such unforgettable memories!

Very awesome momento from Mike, I had wished I had stayed a little later for a chance at one. I've been following Mike to have a chance at something cool from him, and it makes it even harder to get now that he's bid his farewell. Congrats on the awesome piece

So cool that you got the coin! I know I would cherish that coin forever. Do you have any plans of encasing it for your collection?

I got one of these coins as well. I’d love to post a picture but I don’t know if it violates the posting of pics in this thread.

I'd pay $50 for a Mike Coin , i'm sure they won't get those crazy prices.
I've only ever seen some rare protos from fundays go for that much , can't imagine a 50 ct. coin go for that

There is a several individuals when the coins first came to market messaging other sellers to raise their price astronomically since it's "limited edition", is there really 40? We will never truly know. It's their coin so they can do what they want with it, but it's pretty funny to me they trying to manipulate the market hard over this thing and band together on a high price......only to see no one sell it for that price and the cutting of prices beginning. There's one on eBay now as an auction and it's at about $100 with 4 days left, this will be the true test of value

Mike mentioned it somewhere. It may have been on one of the eBay lives after Fundays.

Unfortunately, I don't think it will. Market manipulation, especially with low LE #'d collectibles is all too easy. It really comes down to how many coins are actually in the hands of collectors and how many have already been bought up by people that only want to raise the "value" as high as possible. If the majority are already in the hands of the latter, we're screwed.

Those prices are way better than what they were after Fundays that's for sure! I am sure with the hype of this year starting to die down we will see the price drop.

Got one myself on Saturdays at fundays. Definitely one of my most prized items. I heard it’s Limited to 40 coins. Need to find a way to display it properly on my shelf.

Welp, it ended at $560 after being bid up throughout the duration of the listing by an account with 1 feedback. Nothing fishy about that!

Right? Definitely not a seller who wants to bid up the price and cause fomo, and will not pay the $560
