For dusting, I've used big paint brushes with soft bristles. Same concept!

I've just used scotch tape wrapped around my fingers like a tiny lint roller and that's worked to pick up dust in the past.

Bumping because this is helpful. And id love to hear any new suggestions.

I have an mini figure with white flocking and its not dusty its dirty. So the white is now lightly browned and I hate it.

What say you?

I wonder if warm water/dish soap and a soft brush would work for that? Maybe if you have a lesser piece to test if on it might be best in case it melts the "flocking" lol

Yeah, felt the same way about Flocked Bigfoot. Ended up doing the old N64 move of just "burst of air to clean" but once something like a Hedwig gets dirty it's really tough to do anything but what you said and do Dawn soap surgery

I take a piece of take (scotch tape or packing tape), turn it inside out and wrap it along my fingers. Then run those fingers over the flocking. You control the duration and pressure. Always works for me. And no damage to the flocking either.

I just don’t take my flocked pops out of the box. Especially light colored flocked pops. But will take some of these tips and try them out. Thank you all.

I would think older flocked pops might be a bit more challenging to clean than newer ones, mostly due to the flocking material over time.

We used some shoe cleaner and a very soft bristled brush. It helped, the flocking is still in tact but its never gunna be fully clean. Still dingey. Prolly will just toss it. Womp.

Best technique I have is a soft paintbrush and patience. I tend to keep the flocked in box for that very reason.
