Agreed. The whole debackle with Goku, you would think Funko wouldn't give them another LE. Especially when I heard that Funko was talking about doing an investigation into eVend's method of selling their pop. I'm sure people are going to want this pop as well and it should be fairly easy to get their hands on one.

I was initially disappointed, on how Funko gave another exclusive to this scam company. But as it has been mentioned, it is not a LE. Therefore, I'm glad to await its availability on Funko.com

Would've been different if they did mystery
Boxes for a decent amount and just dropped a bunch every hour but seeing how they wanted you to gamble I'm glad I never bought anything from them

I'm hoping they've turned a new page because they seemed pretty solid in the beginning (to me anyway).
I've received a few pops from them without any issues and ever remember when Tyler did an interview with Mike at the eBay pop-up for SDCC 2024. I was at the live stream infact!
