Yes...Another Humdrum 'Carol is Great' Post

Well, we all know there is nothing humdrum about Carol except, perhaps, for her unyielding, single-minded, and rather predictable...generosity of spirit. I love discovering new things Funko, and I know there is only a limited amount of 'eureka' moments. But today, I get to have another one of those moments of discovery as I have received a gift from the Vixen of Vinyl: my first Spastik Plastic. His name is Dino and he is a martini-swilling, cigar smoking Tiki Shriner of sorts. I know nothing about him, but think he's one great piece to represent his Funko class. (Anyone can jump in if they'd like and provide us newbies with any backstory on this guy if there is any.)

Carol also learned from my enthusiastic posts that I am still on a bit of a high after discovering Peek-a-boo Pop Ups. I have the Martini Guy sitting on my desk and I still smile every time I look at him. Now I have one of the funniest Pop ups of all: the buzzard who sardonically states "Ain't you dead yet?" He's definitely going to work with me.

Thank you Carol. I can only guess from the limited interactions we have had that you're thinking "don't make such a fuss, it was no big deal." Well, my dear new friend, a fuss is definitely in order. It's the simple gifts that are often the 'biggest deal.'

So cool. She is awesome. Every time i speak to or about carol i feel like i am sounding like a kiss a** but im being so genuine. Shes nothing short than amazing.

I hope i can be exactly like her at her age. Amazingly cool.

Carol is a treasure.........a very ancient treasure, but never-the-less one of the best treasures on this forum and in the world of collecting. I hug her everytime I see her............I just can't help myself ;-)
