Different Dr. Whooves???

Alright Funatics I need your help!!!
I am receiving my first MLP piece soon from a fellow board member unoudid!!(Thank you once again!)
So now that I have my chase Dr. Whooves, I decided to go on EBAY and see how much the chase Fluttershy is going for, which is when I noticed that there are 2 different regular Dr. Whooves, one with a green tie and one with a red tie...see link below....

So my question is does anybody know the rarity difference between the regular Dr. Whooves with the green tie versus the red tie???

Not sure on the rarity of one vs the other. Just so you know, as of right now there are no Green Tie Glitter Dr Whooves. So maybe the red tie is the normal one since it's on the regular and the glitter chase? Someone else will no this answer I'm sure.

Makes since to me, and also Dr, Whooves normally has a red tie .... hmmmm

Basic non-translucent Dr. Whooves with green and a red tie are 50/50. Translucent variant is 1:24 of all Dr. Whooves.
