Crystal Count, Franken and Boo

It don't mean a thing if it ain't got a spring. Come inside and chat about Funko Wacky Wobblers (bobble heads, for the less sophisticated).

Crystal Count, Franken and Boo

Postby jmd9868 » Fri Apr 26, 2013 12:26 am

Can anyone tell me if this is a good price for these three or not? My boyfriend and I are trying to collect as much of the Funko products of these guys as we can. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to accurate pricing of Wacky Wobblers (though I know that is partly subjective!). And anyone here that already own these care to share their thoughts on them? Or even those who don't own them! Thanks!

These are wild bill exclusives so this is their source meaning you will probably not find a better price.

This is a cool set to own. I think $100 is a pretty decent price (close to what I paid for mine). And I don't think they come with boxes. They can be pretty fragile though, but I don't think you'll have any issues as far as Wild Bill packaging them to ship.

John's Funko spreadsheet has them listed as 75 being made of each.

Jean, everyone has this covered. If you want boxes you can ask Bill if he has any left. There were some in the warehouse in December but a lot of funatics have bought since then. If you buy them don't freak out if their heads are not attached when they arrive. It is very common on the crystals...Because of the weight of the crystal and the age of the piece, for the glue to dry up and the head to come off. They can be displayed as is or you can re-glue them. Just be very careful when unpacking!

I paid that much, plus shipping for them directly from Wild Bills a couple of months ago (around $120). Even without the boxes, they are a great piece to have (historical). Like Stacey said, if the heads come unglued it is very easy to add a clear craft glue to the inside top. I used an clear heavy duty craft glue from Michaels that I already had around the house. Everyone made good points.

As a point of reference, crystals cost 3x as much to produce than regular pieces, so any sub $50 Funko crystal is a bargain.

Good to know, Jim. Thanks!

Your welcome, Travis. Congrats in advance. :)

It looks like I may not to be able to get a set since there's only one left and I won't have the funds to buy one till 11 days from now. Paying for my Organic Chem II class is kicking my bank account's butt more than Funko! $810 for one class at a tech school. Sigh.

Well, fingers crossed, maybe it will be there for you. If it's not, email Bill or call him and ask if he has more; he had a lot in storage and maybe he hasn't gotten them all out yet. Never hurts to ask. Good luck.

Jean it says they have only one set at $99.00 left. But there is 3 of each for sale separately for $34.99. You should be good.
