As far as I know, this is neither an SDCC Hikari or an exclusive. This is an item which will be available at various retailers on August 1st.

Can't make up my mind about this colour way.... loving the translucent ones more!

I think he looks like Ultraman. Well, not Ultraman, but I swear there was one that was green with red eyes and he is making me think of that every time I see him. I still want to find a Leo Metal Mix, though.
