I am only missing error cutie mark Derpy, Glitter Pinkie Pie, Spitfire, glitter Spitfire, Sweetie Drops, glitter Sweetie Drops and Pon-3. Getting these is not so easy up here lol

You're closer than you think since there isn't a crystal version of either spitfire or sweetie drops. And my local toys r us stores have the regular versions of them as well as DJ, I think. Let me know if you need any help with those. As for the error Derpy, you can usually find one on eBay pretty easily and for original cost - you just need to go through a lot of listings and look for a photo of the right one. Can't help with crystal pinkie pie, as I'm looking for her myself. Good luck! Collecting these ponies is a lot of fun.

the first run of Derpy has an incorrect cutie mark and the first run of Rainbow Dash has incorrect eyes.

I haven't found a Toys R Us here with them... only pops and I'm not a fan of the pony pops... I have a friend in the states right now who is looking around but I might just have to take you up on that offer!

Glitter Pinkie Pie seems to be the hardest to find. lol

As of last night all I need is glitter Pinkie Pie and normal Pon-3, Sweetie Drops and Spitfire (based on the face Sweetie Drops and Spitfire do not have Glitter Variants at this time)

Oh and the protos but I don;t see that ever happening so I'm happy lol
